We believe Spam is such a blight upon the land, that we enforce aggresive checks of incoming mail into our servers using the latest RBL's, Clam Antivirus, SURBL plus SpamAssassin at user level. If you desire an account that ALLOWS spam to come in, you are in the wrong place. Spam costs us bandwidth, storage space and money. The savings that come from rejecting unwanted Spam are passed on to you. This means that if you constantly deal with unsavory content, our services are probably not for you. PanamaSpace has contracted the services of MataSpam.com to provide real time checks on all incoming mail. This service blocks about 5,000 - 10,000 spam messages a day per server. Some do get through, but spammers are crafty. MataSpam is up to the challenge and constantly tweaks and adds to their filters and checks. We recommend MataSpam 100%. PanamaSpace does honor whitelist request from its users if they happen to correspond with email accounts from other servers that have been blacklisted in the RBLs. Please submit the domains that you wish whitelisted to us before signing on for the service. Our Antispam measures include ClamAV, SpamAssassin and many customized spam rules. They are all updated daily! Or you can choose NOT to filter your spam mail, or even file it in a separate IMAP folder, just let us know. While no one can guarantee 100% foolproof Anti-Spam capabilities, we are pretty much there! And at no extra cost to you.
